Chiropractic is not magic, it takes time to for your body to heal.

“One of the greatest ironies I find when discussing care protocols is that there is¬†virtually universal agreement regarding the concept that any¬†injured synovial joint must be returned to full range of motion and proprioceptive function for proper rehabilitation to take place. The biomechanical, medical, rehabilitative, physiotherapy and even chiropractic journals all agree on this. What I cannot understand is why some apply this to all synovial joints of the body except the spinal joints!? Nobody in their right mind would stop care for an injured knee, ankle or elbow if the range of motion was not restored but the patient said it didn’t hurt anymore.” Dr. James Chestnut
