If your back is bothering you, you are not alone. 8 out of 10 adults will experience low back problems at some time in their lives. In the past, individuals subjected themselves to prolonged bedrest, uncomfortable tractions, heavy sedation, injections and surgery. But there is a safer and more natural approach to healing the back, this approach is with chiropractic care. How does chiropractic work? The greatest healer we have is our own body. The body heals itself through the central nervous system. The brain tells the organs and body parts what to do through the nerves like a phone line. Health Problems occur when the communication gets cut off or interfered with. Just like we experience on a a cell phone with interference or dropped call. The main thing that prevents health and healing is nerve interference though misalignments of the spine these conditions prevent communication between the brain and other parts of the body. Misalignments also cause mobility restriction and slowed down body responses. Chiropractic care works by removing the misalignments and removing nerve interference. Your chiropractor will adjust the spine with easy manual thrusts to move the spinal vertebrae back to their normal position and remove the misalignments and nerve interference these adjustments allow for freedom of mobility quick body responses and good health and healing information to all parts of the body. Chiropractic care is essential to establishing a foundation of wellness. Call our office today and start building your foundation now.
